Virginia FKT Routes

Virginia’s FKT routes have seen quite a few women establish times, and with only 21 of the 55 posted routes and variations (38.2%) having no established women’s time, Virginia is one of the most equal FKT scenes we have found to date. In 2022, athletes claimed 35 FKTs, with 15 by women (42.9%), 19 by men (54.3%) and one by a mixed team (2.9%). 

If you want to set an FKT on a route that does not have a posted women’s FKT, you should search for known times on Strava and Google.
