Maryland FKT Routes

Maryland has a variety of FKT routes to explore – from sections of the AT to urban routes between airports. Of the 32 total posted routes and variations, 14 do no thave posted women’s times (43.8%).

In 2022, women claimed 4 of the 19 FKTs (21%), while men snagged 15 (79%). There were no mixed or non-binary FKTs.

If you want to set an FKT on a route that does not have a posted women’s FKT, you should search for known times on Strava and Google.
