Desert Lights: Nevada FKT Routes

Ah, Nevada. Beyond the dazzling lights of Las Vegas are beautiful mountains and slabs of rock to be explored. Many of the state’s FKT routes include climbing and mountaineering, offering incredible opportunities to move fast. Thirty of the 47 posted routes and variations don’t have a women’s time listed (63.8%).

In 2022, six of the 17 FKTs were set by women (35.3%), and one was a mixed effort (5.9%).

If you want to set an FKT on a route that does not have a posted women’s FKT, you should search for known times on Strava and Google.
